Our shelves are packed with crispy gathiya, hot samosas, an array of Suko Nasto, and our famous authentic khaman. The same recipe since 1999. Everything made right here in our own kitchen and sold fresh from our counter, all day, every day.
Straight from the steamer
Nothing comes from outside. Every item you see is made in our own kitchen, right behind the counter you buy it from. And we do not make it all in the morning and finish. Fresh batches keep coming out through the whole day, so whatever you pick up is fresh, never yesterday's stock.

New batches keep coming out from morning till night. Come at 9 in the morning or 8 at night, you get it fresh either way.

Everything on our menu has its fans, but these three go the fastest: hot khaman straight from the steamer, spicy sev khamni, and a tall glass of lassi so thick the spoon stands in it. All three made right here, all through the day.

All our dry snacks now have their own shelf, and every one of them is fried right here in our kitchen. Gathiya, sev, chakri, bhakharwadi and chewda, weighed and packed in front of you. Take a kilo home on Sunday and it is still crisp on Thursday.

Since 12 October 2026, the second day of Navratri, we are at 18 & 19, Perin Complex, the same Kilavni Naka row, a few doors from the old counter and a lot bigger. Full AC, new counters, a clean open kitchen, and separate shelves for fresh snacks and Suko Nasto. Same khaman, same recipe we have made since 1999.

Raghuvanshi Khaman House & Lassi Centre started in 1999, and we have been at it every day since: morning office orders, festival trays, and families who send their guests straight to us. Everything was made in our own kitchen then, and everything is still made in our own kitchen today. The shop has changed a lot. The taste has not changed at all.
We started with one steamer and a family recipe. People came once, liked it, and kept coming back every week.

We are at 18 & 19, Perin Complex, Kilavni Naka, Silvassa 396230, in Dadra and Nagar Haveli. We moved here from 13, Perin Complex on 12 October 2026, a few doors down the same row, so if you remember the old counter we are just along from it.
We are open every day of the week, Monday to Sunday, from 8:30 in the morning to 9:00 at night. There is no weekly off. Fresh khaman starts coming out of the steamer first thing in the morning.
Suko Nasto is dry Gujarati farsan, the crisp snacks that keep for days and go with evening tea. Ours includes jada gathiya, bhavnagri gathiya, tikha gathiya, nylon sev, jadi sev, wheat chakri, dry kachori, mini and big bhakharwadi, sing bhujiya and makai chewda. It is weighed off the shelf and packed in front of you.
Yes. Farali Peties and Sabudana Vada are made for fasting days, and both are on the counter through Navratri. Tell us a day ahead if you need a larger quantity for the family.
